The Police do some of the wildest shit! if you watch this video closely, the man is on the ground... I don't care about semantics, regulations, rules... The police have ALL the advantages. With all the suspects detained... and maaad backup... This officer still felt like he had to shoot this man in his back at point blank range, killing him. All that proves is that he is a biatch, still scared.. with all the force on his side... And if it doesn't say that, it says that he feels as if young black males are worthless... How far have we come... If the Legal system does not get reformed, our country will have the one kind of war it fears most... CIVIL WAR..
